The California condor can live up to 60 years, while a Labrador
retriever has a lifespan of approximately twelve and a half years. This goes to
prove that being a trusty and loyal companion leads to an early demise, whereas
being a reclusive vulture makes you one of the longest living creatures of your
species. Now you know why there are so many old lawyers, and the greatest lovers
all die young.
